I know the owners personally and when I tell you that quality is the only thing they stand for. They spend on average 2-3$ more per pound for the steak and chicken they use, it's all hand cut vegetables meat and homemade rice made in traditional style rice cookers!!!!!! The consistentlly upgrade the restaurant with a new look every few years and they have an amazing sushi and ramon bar across the street named MASA! Your missing out if you don't check this place out!!!!!
