To start off, we waited in line for close to 10 minutes without even being looked at. Secondly, we placed our order at 8:50 pm and did not receive our food until 9:17 pm, after we reminded them. The two groups in line behind us got their food promptly, but we didn't receive ours until nearly 30 minutes after our order was placed. Finally, we did not receive our shake until 9:30 pm. We had to remind them THREE times for our shake. Unfortunately, I am not Karen enough to tell them how unsatisfied we were to their faces, but I hope this review gets my point across.

Nice job on the ladies bathroom ! Ice cream is always good ... Brahms needs a face lift, that store hasn't changed anything since opening other than the bathroom...grab and go... lacking in atmosphere...dull

This is ONLY due to the night manager on duty Katelynne who was working the drive through. I came through as always to get 2 large twist cones but in a cup since I was driving. I had two kids in the car so it’s hard to drive holding ice cream on a cone. When she gave my total I noticed it was slightly higher than usual. When I got to the window I asked her the price she charged. She said she charged extra for the cups. I asked when did Braums start charging extra and asked for a manager. She flashed her badge and said she’s a manager very rudely. I then told her to forget the cups just give me the cones. Someone must have buzzed in her ear from the food pickup window asking what the holdup was. She said outloud “They mad because they are getting charged for a cup!!!”. I asked her who she was talking to and she says the front. What kind of manager talks Trash about customers in their face???? This women needs to GO!! She doesn’t make Edmond Braums look good. I decided to disregard my order and went to another location which had Amazing customer service and did not charge me for a cup. I’ve been going to Braums my entire life and NEVER have to had to deal with such rude people until today.

For a location that has such good food, I'm sick of the service I've been receiving from this location over the last handful of months. There is no very close Braums to me, so I drive to this one. 90% of the time, my order is wrong! It happened again today even after correcting them at the speaker!!! Sorry Braums, you lost this guy. Get your business together.

Store has lots of nats everywhere. By the soda machine which is where you get napkins,straws, coffee exc. always sticky and lots of nats. Dining area always in need of being clean. Food very good. Prices are very good. Service ok.
