good food, good environment, employees always working hard. Service marked low because even though the crew workers are amazing, theyre always severely understaffed and overworked which can cause long evening waits
Went through the drive through and got hot cakes and sausage. Got home and had no butter, syrup or even a straw. I called and asked if those items have to be requested now and was told no they should have come with the order. I told the person that I spoke with that I come there because it’s convenient but find myself going to a location further away because they consistently fail. Her response - “yeah”
Local favorite, delicious ice cream and good burgers. Staff is usually always on point. The restaurant is usually in disarray and is understandable with limited staffing. The ice cream is the best and the limeade drink.
