I had an excellent experience thanks to Tony! His customer service went above and beyond — he truly followed the Golden Rule and treated me with the same kindness and respect he would give to family. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so valued and cared for while simply ordering food. Tony’s professionalism, warm personality, and genuine hospitality stood out, and I’ll definitely be back because of the great service he provided.
No one was at the window so I pulled up to the second one and explained what happened and some guy gave a smug attitude saying No someone was there the whole time. like chill bro 😭 They even gave us our sandwich with the coldest cheese known to man

Braums is a great family restaurant i eat at when I am in Oklahoma. Their food is inexpensive. They source their own A2 milking cows and beef cattle.

I visited this Braum’s location to get some food and placed my order correctly, but I was given something completely different. When I brought it to their attention, the manager, José Antonio Manzo Madero, was extremely rude and arrogant. He even started yelling at me in front of others and refused to give me a refund, even though I did not receive what I ordered.
