Clean environment for dining

terrible service, I ordered the 2 easiest things on the menu, no combos so I didn't need to wait on hash browns. They only served the drive thru 6 or 7 cars that showed up after I did were served before me. Just advertise you only serve the drive thru if thats what you do. Shouldn't have to wait 25 min on biscuits and gravy while your pumping out 45 breakfast burritos to people who ordered after me

This is the best Braums in OKC. Burgers are always on point and the customer service is amazing.

First time in 3 years eating at this location after being out of state, I will say the burger was cool, the fries was to me at 4/10 rating today and the ice cream being great this location is decent to come too.

A few years ago, there was an older gentleman that managed this place, but when he left, he took good management, good customer service, and a clean store with him. It’s very unfortunate how rundown this place has become from the shingles coming off the roof to the unclean kitchen to the poor management. It’s just very unfortunate.

Our burritos was ok ,service was bad two young girls was to busy playing with each other than doing work. Place was dirty with trash can outside its inclosed container. I going to avoid braums on sw89 for now on.

We have been out of town for the last week, so fast food was the last thing we wanted, but we needed to go grocery shopping, and kids were hungry. Drive thru person was super friendly and repeated back the order to ensure accuracy. Food was prompt, hot, and tasted fresh. Service was excellent. Side note the Oatmeal raisin cookies are amazing and I don't even like Oatmeal raisin.

I always come here since is close to my job, i worked at Mcdonalds a few years back and i know the way the burger looks is very important same thing with the wrapping.

This time it just sucked..

Burger all soggy, it had like 10 pickels.. just in a pile not even spread out 😒… so of course i took a bite and thats all that came out. The wrapper is as all stained as if the gloves they were wearing were all nasty already… or shit even their hands were used ..

Ive always come here and never had this problem… i guess today was just a bad day for them and guess for me as well
