Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Arrived around 1030 pm, no customers in line to order ice cream, so I thought I would be in and out in a flash. WRONG! I stood there with 2 other people I let go ahead of me and another person behind nw for about five minutes, waiting to be helped by any of the employees. There was one employee sweeping the lobby.It looked like maybe two were working drive through another on grill, but then there were three or four other employees just kind of standing around not really doing anything. The line grew by another four people. The person before an employee finally, i'm acknowledged us and said he would help us momentarily. He was working the drive through and making orders for the customers in the cars at the same time. Eventually, after I ordered, the kid that was sweeping the lobby, put the broom down, wash his hands and started helping the people in line. 2 decades ago, when I worked there, making customers wait like that would have been completely unacceptable. The chocolate turtle shake wasn't any good either.

I love Braums but this place needs a bit of love from the company. Seating is pretty ran down but drive through is still efficient, food is good, and little shopping area is well stocked.

Best ice cream and dairy products, food is normal like any other fast food chain, i wouldn't recommend the tea they sell it's not good, but shakes and ice cream are so good

Very clean and their product on the shelves are very well clean and organized and the staff is very helpful to shoppers and friendly as well

Can't ever make me hate Braum's. I LOVE the food more than the ice cream. Every location has a little different Spice to it depending on the staff. Due to my job having me go all across the state for eliminating electrical evil--I get to see alot of different Braum's. I may not visit them all, but I don't have to go far usually. And one thing I can say about Braum's that no other big chain can is that the food Never lets me down.

Asked for extra braums sauces was told could not get more unless we paid for 7 ounces of sauce. The cups of sauce we got were barely filled at all.

I love Braum’s! I give the one star because I just called up this location to see at what age do they start hiring and the woman on the phone was able to answer my question. She said we hire at 14 but they have to have a job permit. As I’m asking details I can hear another woman in the background saying, “I’m not hiring any 14 or 15 year olds”, I assume she was the manager by her comments so I thanked the 1st lady I was speaking to on the phone and ended the call. That is why they get a 1 star. Very unprofessional of her to yell that over the phone especially if she is the manager. Completely discouraging and I’m glad it was me and not my teen calling for that information. That’s discrimination.

Breakfast is always perfect!

I got a double cheeseburger last night and I don’t know what they’re doing but it taste like hamburger and it also taste like sausage and I can’t stand the taste of sausage so I know when I’m tasting sausage and I don’t know if they’re mixing that in the meat or if it was on the grill and they’re not cleaning the grill good but they need to clean that grill really good or somethings going on and I know I couldn’t have been the only one that tasted it so I’m sure somebody will be calling corporate office if if they keep doing that to make them fix the problem and plus they need to cook their meat longer. Mine was a little too undercooked.

They were very good tonight.

Great service. Best burgers, shakes and fries in the WORLD!

Food is excellent. Restaurant is clean staff are friendly and helpful.

Not as clean as other Braums.
