Great time as always! Pretty faces, good people, lots of fun & you'll always come out more ahead than not!😉

Our waitress was excellent and the food was juat alright. Biggest problem for me is they whole place smelled like cigarettes

Our server wasn’t around to refill drinks, take our order, bring the checks . My sweet potato fries were cold, the cheese curds had almost no cheese in them. The nacho chips were stale. I was very disappointed. The excuse I heard was they were short staffed so it was hard to keep up. I saw other servers walk by, make eye contact, I wave them over, they walk away. I saw the manager walking around once. The whole experience was disappointing.

Apparently even tho they. Close (are supposed to ) at 9 they stop taking food orders at 8:30

It's a busy Kentucky Derby Race Day today and it is clear this restaurant was not prepared for the volume of customers - and instead of walking around in circles on the floor the tall bald manager should be in the back helping a backed up kitchen..

We checked in they said one hour then after an hour we checked back in with them they said there was 3 people in front of us, then gave them another 30min and went to check and they said they were cleaning a table off so we gathered everyone and waited another 20min then I asked what was going on they told me it would be another hour I told them we have been waiting with a 2yr old all that time when they let others go before our group I will never be back to that one the staff is unprofessional

Our server, Andi, is awesome, food is excellent (get the chicken fried steak!), and the beer is delicious! The Kölsch is top notch and the red rye ale is right behind it.

Very poor service 1st time there just had 2 waitress which they should've had more. They was a little busy it took for ever for them to take our order.

Was very reluctant after reading some reviews but this place is great. Food was way above average had the BLT that was overloaded with crispy bacon and salt and pepper fries. Our group had burgers, tomato soup and a kikin chicken sandwich everyone was satisfied. Our server was Laquita and she was so pleasant and kept our drinks full and was very attentive.

Brought my out of town, horse trainer cousin to enjoy a fun afternoon of food drinks and horse racing. Bricktown brewery has a terrific track view. Servers come by small talk take a drink order and food order, order comes out and all seems fine, burger, salad, sandwich and chicken tenders were just that. But before we could finish and ask for a second drink the server has sent security over informing us that they will not be serving us anymore alcohol, and walk away. Now no management has approached us, restaurants or security. We ask our server why did this happen, were we loud and obnoxious? She said no but I was slurring when talking. I asked what was their protocol when they suspect someone has had too much to drink. She said she informs her manager but in this case no restaurant manager was on duty so she was to notify the security management who would make contact and determination. This did not occur.
I asked had she ever encountered a recovering stroke victim and heard them talk? Of coarse she said no, i informed her I was recovering from a stroke and had a speech impediment. She only said, oh sorry but that is our policy. We asked to speak to the security, restaurant and or casino manager and inform them of this situation. They NEVER came to our table.
We had been conversing with strangers in the adjoining tables before and after this and they also thought the entire situation was improperly handled as there was no disturbance and although I sound funny when talking they would not associate it with inebriation.
So needless to say, rather than continue spending money where we were being ridiculed and scrutinized by a subpar establishment, we graciously took our generous business elsewhere.
