So I’ve had bad experiences before at BK but the guys on the night shift (9/13 12:30am) are top notch! I wanted my burger hot off the broiler and I will say he tried to persuade me some but when I want it hot I have no problem waiting. He told me they had just came off the grill but I didn’t believe him at first just bc of the timing but I said ok. He had me pull around front. When he came out he said he dropped one specifically for me. The fries were hot right out the grease...

Since they changed the management of this place everything is much better, the food is really fresh and delicious, the best Nuggets I've tried so far, the cleanliness and service right now are very good, I definitely give them 10/10

Very amazing customer service. Great warm food. They have the best cookies and ice cream!! And Lobby was very clean and appealing. Will definitely come back. Very nice service and kid friendly . Cheaper than McDonald's which is a plus! And they have kids meals I never knew about!
