I pre-ordered 6 cupcakes for a friend's birthday. The day before her celebration she had a family emergency come up and we pushed back celebrating. I called the cancel the order. I expected to just be out the money, it was a pre-order, I understood. Ashley was great and very understanding, she gave me the option of picking up my 6 another day. Hands down! One of the best cupcakes I've ever had in my life! Absolutely perfect! Staff was very helpful and patient while picking from their beautiful selection of goodies. Will be back for my birthday this weekend! ??
