*Allllll of the clapping hands emojis*! Yes this place is legit. My favorite cupcakes in the metro FOR SURE. I'm obsessed with their quality. I can always pick up a dozen from them before any event and know that they will be well-received.I've had their breakfast. The coffee is delicious, and the staff is willing to adjust ingredients to your liking. However, I don't love the breakfast food. It's okay, but not the best. But, this place is not called ButterSweet breakfast...I am VERY picky on cake and cupcake flavors. However, I have tried several flavors of these and have not disliked any of them! The strawberry is probably my favorite with second place going to yellow confetti with chocolate icing.Also, they often times have half-priced day-old dozens and I live for those.

This was aweful! I spent $40.00 on 6 cupcakes through door dash and I'm completely blown away by how bad they are!!! They are so dry and like a thick cornbread texture. The strawberry has no taste. I mean i literally had to look and see if i accidentally ordered from a vegan place or something. It was that bad. Man, I don't know if they're just old or what but I've NEVER had a worse cupcake !!! Don't waste your money.

I pre-ordered 6 cupcakes for a friend's birthday. The day before her celebration she had a family emergency come up and we pushed back celebrating. I called the cancel the order. I expected to just be out the money, it was a pre-order, I understood. Ashley was great and very understanding, she gave me the option of picking up my 6 another day. Went in over a week later and had no problems picking up my order. She remembered. Will continue to order from Buttersweet for birthday celebrations.

I just wanted to say how appreciative I am for my mom's 81st Birthday cupcakes. She wanted me to say they melted in her mouth, best cupcakes she had ever eaten and she tried several. It made her Birthday get-together very special. Thank you again for making EVERYONE happy.
So if you are a foody like me follow Mayor David Holt's Instagram because he shares tons of local yummy spots. This is the best cupcake you will ever eat!!! My daughter and I visit here so much the staff know us and expect us to visit at our regular time lol. It's that's good so be careful. The flavor of the day cupcakes are always a nice flavor. My favorite flavors are churro, strawberry, cookies and cream, and turtle cheesecake. They are all amazing!

I love how this place is so close to my house! I have only been there 3 times since opening. A few days ago I went to get some cookies and cupcakes and the girl behind counter came out from back and she asked what I wanted and as I was telling her she picked up the cookies with her BARE Hands! The cookies were dry but flavor was good. The cupcakes were a little on dry side. The best cupcake I got was the flavor of the day! So moist and perfect. I wish all the cupcakes were like that!

It was a fine place, very clean. Staff wasn’t particularly interested in helping me so I had to wait several minutes even though the store was empty. Cupcake flavors were surprisingly interesting, but largely underwhelming. Cake was definitely on the dry side and the frosting was surprisingly dense? It was difficult to bite into and so so sweet. I also ordered a red velvet cake parfait but it had vanilla frosting instead of cream cheese frosting like the worker said which was disappointing as it wasn’t cheap. Would not be returning for such a high price.

This is the absolute best place to get cupcakes. AND she makes baby cupcakes, too. They are so good. You can get 1 dozen mixed cupcakes. Some even have ganache in the middle. OH and the cake pops!!!! They're so good. She told me that the German Chocolate was her Grandma's recipe and I love that nostalgia. Definitely, put this place on your list!
