The Alkaline Plant-Based Stop

This is a cool spot with great food and service. We traveled as a family for a day trip/road trip/field trip to go to this place. The mushwings are big, the burgers are healthy and fresh, enjoyed the fried onion rings and okra, fresh coconut water, burro and sweet potato fries, and more! The best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had and both styles even started good after being warmed up the next day! My whole family enjoyed it and we will be back in the future Most High-willing!

I've been waiting to try items from this particular restaurant. I feel like I already know the owners because I see them so much on social media. I said if I ever saw them, I was gonna give them a hug and take a picture but I was too tired but not tired enough for the sour SOP smoothie that was made and it is delicious. I'll be back because there are other things on the menu that I definitely wanna try on my vegetarian journey.

I’m so glad I found this place! Wonderful vegan options. The staff is very passionate and friendly. I got the mushroom wings- the batter was INCREDIBLE and the flavors were perfect! If you like mushroom wings you have to try these. Excited to visit and try more!

Then chick sandwich is sooo fire and I love the smoothie!!!!!!

My wife is a vegan so we are always looking for new and exciting places to try! After a quick google search of places to try we stumbled on this amazing place! The owners were AMAZING and explained all the menu choices. I really don’t think you could go wrong with any of the options. The Mushwings were delicious! We tried the honey bbq and garlic Parmesan and both were great! We had a couple of different quinoa burgers and both were really tasty! Probably the best quinoa burger I have personally had! We finished up with a soursop smoothie for dessert! Everything was incredible! Definitely going to make this one of our regular stops!

They are between locations at a temporary location. Find these folks! I had an oyster mushroom “chicken” sandwich. Friendly people. This place is a blessing. Delicious. Satisfying.

From the moment you hear the classic R&B music to the instant you taste their delicious food, you know you found something special. Delicious and wonderful! Well worth the trip!

The atmosphere of the inside was great, I really enjoyed everything we ordered, their burgers are filling but not excessive, overall just an amazing vegan restaurant with great stand alone food.

My husband picked our first order up Saturday and it was SO SO delicious! I try to follow a Dr. Sebi diet as much as possible and to find an alkaline restaurant in Oklahoma is beyond amazing and I wish everyone would try their wonderful food! The mush wings were to die for, best gluten free vegan food item I think I've ever tasted. I got the gluten free quinoa burger and I never dreamed quinoa could be so tasty. My daughter got The Stanky Breath and said is was very good as well. I cannot wait to try everything else they offer, especially the sea moss smoothies!
