One of my favorite places to get lunch when I'm in downtown. It can look like it's super busy given the flood of Downtown workers at the lunch hour, but service is really quick. I love the huge array of options, but I always lean towards a pasta dish or one of the daily specials. Though it's not like it's the best I've ever had, they're consistently always producing great food for a good price. And, for downtown, that's pretty great.
Their food is great and the service is some of the best in town. I love coming here on lunch breaks! I would highly recommend this restaurant.The ambiance/setting is perfect. This is our go-to place to eat at least once a week!! Kids all find something to eat. I enjoy their tea. And the mac n cheese is awesome!! Highly recommend! Just remember they close st 2:30pm

We have ordered Cafe 7 for lunch twice now and both times I got the chicken salad sandwich. Best chicken salad I've had! I wish I could find a recipe for this one. If I can control my craving for this sandwich, next time I want to try the pizza.
