From the outside, the Council location looks like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Walking inside is a pleasant surprise. I ate here with my sister for the first time, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Plus the food is delish! I am a huge fan of the Loaded Blackened Fish. I've had it twice now, and I'm obsessed. Food very good and customer service at its best I watch the guy who took my order come from behind the counter and checked on every customer and told them if they needed anything just ask.
Food was excellent. Cooked fresh yet service was fast. Friendly staff.
