Loved this store when they opened a couple years ago but they have gone WAY down hill! We enjoyed the fresh breakfast items and pizza but now its rare that they even have any available. I also enjoyed using the reward program but that too seems to be lacking lately, my account got hacked a few times and lost my points. We now go to the store just to the north for slightly better service.

Can someone in corporate get a good landscaping company to rescue this place? What an eye sore. I watched a worker get into a fight with a customer in the parking lot one day, too. This place is a little wild.

I went in to order a pizza due to the app not taking the discount off. To ask someone how to do it. Then I got sent to the pizza counter. The manager Donny started yelling at me. when I walked back over and a manager was helping me. She stated we will take the 5 off due to the error. Donny grabbed the receipt started saying no we do not do that. I asked him why are you being so rude. He said everyone loves me and I will be back. I will not be back in to any Casey’s due to being treated badly in front of my 15 year old child who was shaking her head the whole time. This is inappropriate for a manager to treat customers like this. When the whole store was full. Store 8000. Thank you to the manager who tried to help me, before Donny cut her off. This is not the first time the coupon of 5 dollars off does not work. As Donny said we do not give out free 5 dollars off.

First time visiting this location and was sadly disappointed due to the fact it was lunchtime and NOT ONE PIZZA in the racks so I ordered a BBQ sandwich and it was STONE COLD AND DRIED OUT ?Ice machines on fountain NO ICE so no drink had to go to store across the streetHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!I'm a Huge Casey's fan but this location is SADLY SADLY IN NEED OF ATTENTION FROM HIGHER UPS?

Tried to call in to order a pizza but they turned their ringer off, so I drove there and had to wait in the parking lot for 20mins for the worst pizza I have ever had, hardly any sauce and it literal was separating while I tried to eat the first piece. I threw it away wasted time and money. I will never go to another Casey's ever.

Kitchen apparently closes before 7:30 pm, not at 9:30 pm as they show on the listing.Corporate should update the hours on the listing or inform the store that they need to operate according to the proper hours.

Pretty concerning when the stores men's restroom isn't stocked with soap... definitely will never buy anything from this store. Gross.
Went to redeem a coupon and your employee and your manager had no clue on how to help us the employee had us start the timer and the timer on the coupon was running out and we had to drive to a different caseys and it had expired on us driving there...very upset with the lack of training..will not go back to that location again..(bad business!!!)

The manager will watch the line pile up and not get on a register. Currently this line is ridiculous. Please hire more help or get better leadership in here.

I love this Casey's...clean, BIG, on my way to work. Employees are always helpful and friendly, especially Nyeesha. Not too many people care about customer satisfaction any more but you can tell she does. She puts a lot of love into her pizzas and sandwiches. Always has a smile and wanting to know how she did or how she can improve. That's customer service...it's a dying art...but it's still living in her. Thank you Nyeesha. My husband loved the breakfast pizza you made up for me this morning. Keep being you!

Just save a stop and go across the street to 7/11. I try to stop in Casey’s but out of the last day 5 stops on various days they are out of Copenhagen. I liked to stop here because it’s never busy, never a wait but not convenient when they can’t order correctly. I end up across the street at 7/11. They do have what I need but very busy lots of people. I guess because everyone goes to 7/11 Casey’s is not required to maintain inventory.
