Usually Casey's is great, but the store on the corner of NW council and Wilshire dropped the ball. First the men's restroom was disgusting, dried vomit all over the toilet and floor. Second, don't ask Lulu at the register anything; because all she says is "umm, i don't know". I couldn't tell a manager, because there wasn't one on shift and only 2 team members working. Very disappointed.
I received a coupon for a free pizza for being a Casey’s reward member, which brought me to this location. I want to give a special thanks to manager Tina for making my day! Her customer service was great and the ? was hot, fresh, and delicious! I would also like to give a special thanks to Casey’s marketing team. I had no idea your pizza was so good. I love this Casey's...clean, BIG, on my way to work. Employees are always helpful and friendly, especially Nyeesha. Not too many people care about customer satisfaction any more but you can tell she does. She puts a lot of love into her pizzas and sandwiches. Always has a smile and wanting to know how she did or how she can improve. That's customer service...it's a dying art...but it's still living in her. Thank you Nyeesha.
