Pizza Hut Express

This is what I ordered - a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and this is what I got! Not even close!!

They instituted a rewards program, but put a minimum delivery of $10.99 when the delivery of the "FREE" pizza is only $3.99. I ordered from the place on Memorial. It was here faster, cost less and tasted better.

We ordered at 7:53pm. We were told it'd be 30-40 mins, the confirmation said 8:30pm. At 9pm I call to check on our order. I was told to wait 5 more mins and if he wasn't there, to call back and speak to the manager. Lo and behold, 2 mins later the guy who's been sitting outside our apt for about 10 mins (no sign on car to know it was him) walks to the door "out of breath".
