I wanted to love this place. The customer service I received was so bad. I ordered my food online and drove 10 minutes after placing my order to the restaurant to pick it up. Long story short, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I saw the girl making it but didn't know it was mine. She had several orders laying on the counter together... just sitting there. I tried to have patience. I finally asked where my order was and I was nice about it. She saw it, grabbed it, handed it to me. Her face was mad. She didn't smile. She didn't say thank you. She didn't say sorry about the wait. Nothing. I had to ask her where the sauces where that I requested with my order. She asks me what sauces did I order. Since they had unique names I had to look it up and I just got one of them. I wasn't in the mood to try to get the other one. When I got home to eat my food, it wasn't good at all. It was ok but nothing that I could forgive the bad customer service for. I will never patronize this restaurant ever again. Ever. The only thing good is that it was modern and clean. That's it.
