Chen's Buffet Reviews
They use MSG now in their food. Some people like me get severe diarrhea from MSG. They didn’t use to use it now they do. Can no longer eat there.
Food was like rubber. It was all old and.they charged 17.99 a person
. I was very disappointed
Saturday afternoon visit, the place was pretty empty, the food was ok, not a lot of fresh options. The service really didn't exist, there was abguy but he was wandering around, he bussed one table while I was there, but I cleared my own plates and had to request a refill on my water from one of the other people who was bringing out some food. All in all not worth the price.

Chen's Buffet offers a diverse selection of Chinese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Customers praise the flavorful fried rice, tasty Crab Rangoon, and delectable dishes like fried shrimp, General Tso's chicken, and baked salmon. While the buffet quality can vary, it is noted that visiting during "peak hours" may provide a better experience. Some dishes can be lukewarm, and certain meals may seem to be in their last minutes of shelf life. There are many shrimp options, making it enjoyable for seafood lovers, while also providing enough variety for those with shellfish allergies. The food is generally fresh and enjoyable, although some guests feel the meat is often over sauced. The friendly staff provides attentive service, and the atmosphere is clean and appropriately stocked. Prices are reasonable, with the lunch buffet costing around $17 before tip, making Chen's Buffet a reliable choice for a satisfying Chinese dining experience.
