Great service but bingo prizes are unfair (not in a joking way) and no good reasoning for it either but everything else was great.
Bingo story: 2 people won bingo but due to the other person sitting closer to the table she won and I was left with nothing, and when we ask for reasoning no true answer was given why I could not receive a prize. This might seem silly but really just flipped my happy fun mood to confused and mad. Ps: The winner for us is only 13
