I loc!tion was clean and pretty busy for 3pm, even the bathroom was clean. There are several Handicap PARKING spots right in front making it easy for me to get in and out.There is a nice choice of Aps before your lunch or dinner and the Chocolate Molten Cake is the best...I highly recommend it.

The food runner was AMAZINGGG! FOOD WAS FREAKING GREAT.
We left, we got seated, waited 10 mins to get our drinks order, waited for another 5 mins for our drink (my margaritas never made it) and waited like 15 mins before we left. It wasn't even busy, my husband and I have experience in this industry and the amount of time we waited was completely unacceptable.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes before we had to ask a random person at the hostess station if we could get water. 3-4 people hanging out with the hostess. 1 young man made a smart comment. We were seated 5 feet away. At least a dozen employees walked by us and never asked if we had been helped. Ran out of drinks. Food and appetizers arrived at the same time. Never asked for a refill. Had to get up and get our own silverware. I don't like to leave bad reviews because I understand things happen but this was a failure on multiple levels starting with management.

From the time my daughter and I walked in until the time we left it was a great visit. Food was good, out waitress made sure we were taken care of without being intrusive.
I have many food allergies and have a difficult time ordering. Kiesha, our server, was a great help to me. She made dining out a pleasure.

First let me say that this chilli's on 240 is probably one of the least liked that I have visited. First off there was salsa dried on the menu in several spots. Then there Dr pepper was out, so they brought another one, which was still out. After that they brought the salad that looked aged and not edible. I figured after those issues I would order the traditional bone-in chicken wings, no sauce, with only salt and pepper. They came out with nothing, no salt or pepper; which is not a biggie because we had it on the table. Our cheese sticks came out and they were high, very little cheese for such a big item. The waitress almost spilled a refill drink on my new shoes and did not apologize. It was Sunday and the restaurant was a quarter filled, that should have told me something, but I was a player to see what was up. I give this place two thumbs down, they need to get someone in there to turn this great franchise around, they don't meet the expectations of other chilli's. I will not be eating here again.

The trio was great! We loved our server, Keisha she knew the menu and checked on us after our starters and refilled our drinks, and she was busy and we were there a long time she did greatWe will be back, and if we could request her again, that would be awesome

I was seated around 6:15pm. Dan got around to taking our drink/appetizer order around 6:30. He was very attentive to the 12 top table next to us. I could not get his attention for a drink refill. We left around 7:10 without paying for the appetizer. 40 minutes without being checked on once, but he made 7-10 trips to the table next to us. Hopefully they tipped better than we would have, Dan
