Chino's Mexicano offers a solid choice with fast, kind, and helpful service. The atmosphere is fun, with an open and bright interior, outdoor seating in front, and a beautiful, intentional vibe. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The smothered salmon and pork chop are amazing. The tri tip fries, chicken fried empanadas, and empanadas are delicious. The Chino's rice is flavorful and pleasant. The chicken tacos, shrimp fries, and churros are banging. The Birria Ramen was amazing, and the chips and queso were loved. The quesadilla and burrito have good portion sizes for the price. A pineapple margarita topped off the amazing food. However, the consommé ramen was not up to the standard set by other dishes, and the Mexican egg roll is two small egg rolls cut in half and should be larger. Alcoholic drinks are pricey but tastey. Also, the restaurant has AI art on the walls; some of it is laughably bad, and local artists should be showcased instead.
