Just ordered from this location hadn't been in years! Now that Church's is no longer the same brand....its obvious that the chicken isn't cooked and seasoned the same either!! The chicken wasn't fresh. It just tasted like flour breaded chicken.I will never eat there again.

I was told my the lady at the front I had to buy a combo and had to get a meal. If this is true I am out. Never ordering again. We are not allowed to order entrée sandwiches. If that’s the rule you need to put that in the Main Street news. Not let some dude walk up there with his wallet ready to order something because he doesn’t drink soda. Lost like 15 dollars…. Been doing this same order for 3 years….

Food had very little flavor to none. The chicken leg was probably the worst one I've ever had. Staff were great
Took them 4 minutes to Answer in the drive line to just tell me to order in the window. Waited 6 minutes to be attended. Cut me off half way through our order. Took 3 minutes to finish my order. Lastly forks and a whole side was missing from our order. The Mac and cheese was pure soup I had to drain some of it

I live within 4 blocks of this location. Saying that just to say I eat here often for 7 plus years. Sadly my experience has been poor. Especially when I order my fried chicken “SPICY”. They seem to not have spicy chicken ready. They always try to persuade you to “regular” or wait 15+ minutes to get the spicy. I’ve waited several times only to get half spicy and half regular. Then have to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed.They have gone through several management renewals, but the problem seems the same. NO Spicy, ever!Seems to be a problem with the owners because the culture hasn’t changed with multiple managers over the years. It’s sad because I generally like their spicy chicken, but would rather travel farther to get better service.It is now 8:05 pm and I am still waiting for my order I made at 7:45. It doesn’t seem anyone is
