Took them 4 minutes to Answer in the drive line to just tell me to order in the window. Waited 6 minutes to be attended. Cut me off half way through our order. Took 3 minutes to finish my order. Lastly forks and a whole side was missing from our order. The Mac and cheese was pure soup I had to drain some of it
I live within 4 blocks of this location. Saying that just to say I eat here often for 7 plus years. Sadly my experience has been poor. Especially when I order my fried chicken “SPICY”. They seem to not have spicy chicken ready. They always try to persuade you to “regular” or wait 15+ minutes to get the spicy. I’ve waited several times only to get half spicy and half regular. Then have to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed.They have gone through several management...read full review
