Two days in a row I've been screwed over. Yesterday, I picked out everything i wanted for breakfast and went to place the order on door dash only to be told your restaurant isn't taking door dash delivery. Today I order and think yay, I'm finally get Cracker barrel. Nope - ya'll canceled the dang thing. If you aren't going to let me order then take yourself off the dang app. I double dashed a drink to go with my Cracker barrel order and now I'm left with only a drink that I wouldn't have ordered if I knew you all sucked too much to fulfill my order. Ugh.

This time, at this location, it was okay. There were 5 in our group, and we were not checked on often enough. Ran out of drinks multiple times. She was not rude, just either too busy or not real concerned. The restaurant was not full. Now the food, it was a bit overpriced for what we received; which was not hot food for some of us. Like I was ready early and at and waited for the other food to be done and get brought out together. Oh, and the corn muffins were real bland for us. Just straight cornmeal taste. Adding butter and honey helped.

The food was mediocre, but server Denise was extremely rude and impolite. We arrived an hour before close, we were seated in about 5-10 minutes, and it took about 30 minutes to receive our food. We received our food 10 minutes before close and we could hear her shouting in the back “it’s 9pm, they need to go!”. There was also another table next to us who were politely asking for additional condiments and she was visibly annoyed, sighed very loudly, and aggressively asked what do they want. The customer at the other table apologized profusely to her, but they did nothing wrong, she was just rude. I felt so bad for this other table and her treatment towards customers was not okay. It will be a while before I think of stepping foot in this Cracker Barrel location.

Very busy when we arrived, had a 30 minute wait, but ok with browsing their store. Food was great, but it always is! Kinda loud when it's full but other then that, great place for a meal guaranteed to fill you up!

We have always loved the food here. We live in Yukon and don’t come often. This is the second time we have ordered breakfast takeout from this location, and been very disappointed in the service. We check in when we get there to let them know our parking spot. I have had to go in both times to get our food, after waiting for 10+ minutes for them to bring it out. I leave good tips when I order, because I realize the services they perform to make sure the customer is taken care of. 2 times now and those tips have not been earned, and the service has been horrible. Not to mention when I went in this morning to get our food, they were not polite and very dry. I will not be visiting this location for a while, and my days of tipping on to go orders here, those days are over. You need to step up your customer service, and hire employees that want to actual do their job.
