Family of three booked 2 nights with breakfast. Unable to check in early due to availability of rooms; however, front desk advised us to return within two hours. Check in was easy, rooms seem a bit small but nice and clean. Beds were pretty soft and lumpy, in our opinion. Upon the next morning, went to the lobby where we found no breakfast and no coffee. Asked at the Bistro, had to pay for our own meal. Asked at the front desk, they advised nothing showing breakfast included....read full review
Met up with family for a smal reunion. They let us use the meeting room for free which was nice so we could all have a meeting place.overall great stay. Would definitely return. Could use updating but that’s only thing I see.
In general, this is a pretty nice place to stay. The coziness factor is really appealing - I’m always drawn to smaller properties because I feel there is better customer service. I stayed twice at this hotel in the last month, on two different occasions. The first stay was absolutely perfect; my room was on the top (3rd) floor, and faced north, which is the outside of the hotel.
