Jennifer is relief staff. She always smiles and is ready and happy to serve where needed. She puts forth initiative to tidy up without needing to be told. When customers or other staff are rude to her or someone else, she easily works around it and still makes the atmosphere pleasant. I love the coffee! Just came here to say thank you for having free air & not charging people $5 for air in a world where everyone is money hungry and everything is commoditized I really do appreciate it and I will visit oncues from now on thank you again!!! -one tired capitalism slave

This OnCue is the best one I have been to since living here in the city. The woman Nykeyla Ligons has exceptional customer service and such an amazing attitude. Keep up the excellent work it makes it worth coming....
