Catalina was our waitress and truly enhances the dining experience. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and service makes every visit a delight. Her recommendations are always spot-on, and her professionalism is amazing. A true asset to this restaurant, Catalina's top-notch service sets a high standard for customer satisfaction.
Ihop is usually good, and most of the time, I don't have any complaints about eating at any of their locations. Including this one. But, the quality of their food has gone downhill over the past few years.

The waiter smelled like a box of Cigarettes and was extremely fidgety. The Restaurant smelled Moldy, Old, and smelled like the whole staff smokes Cigarettes. That kinda made me queezy. The Food took forever and was just sitting at the Counter. My Husband's Food got cold because he was waiting on the rest of his food the waiter forgot at the Counter. When asked if his Food could be waived (not the whole ticket) the Supervisor thought someone was trying to get over. She went ahead...read full review
