Family of three booked 2 nights with breakfast. Unable to check in early due to availability of rooms; however, front desk advised us to return within two hours. Check in was easy, rooms seem a bit small but nice and clean. Beds were pretty soft and lumpy, in our opinion. Upon the next morning, went to the lobby where we found no breakfast and no coffee. Asked at the Bistro, had to pay for our own meal. Asked at the front desk, they advised nothing showing breakfast included. Called the customer service number, reviewed reservation, and submitted documentation. A week later, received a small credit from the hotel. Hotel staff was great, Good location, but will not be returning due to inconvenience. Perhaps we had high expectations.

Met up with family for a smal reunion. They let us use the meeting room for free which was nice so we could all have a meeting place.overall great stay. Would definitely return. Could use updating but that’s only thing I see.

In general, this is a pretty nice place to stay. The coziness factor is really appealing - I’m always drawn to smaller properties because I feel there is better customer service. I stayed twice at this hotel in the last month, on two different occasions. The first stay was absolutely perfect; my room was on the top (3rd) floor, and faced north, which is the outside of the hotel. (The inward/pool facing rooms have a courtyard area and a pool, which is great if you don’t mind the inevitable sound of people if the weather is fine, but I don’t enjoy that at all.). The second stay was on the 2nd floor, also facing north. This one wasn’t such a good stay because the A/C was not working, and there was no one there when I checked in at 11:30pm to fix it. I was too exhausted to change rooms, so left the patio/balcony door open for cool air. That made the room quite comfortable, but also vulnerable to noise, so at 5 o’clock in the morning when people were starting to check out, after only 5 hours of sleep, the constant noise finally provoked my wake-up. Also, the maid service didn’t leave the same amount of towels as they had on my previous stay (only 2 weeks earlier). In fact, there was only one facecloth and hand towel, versus the 2 each on the previous stay. On both stays, I had a good, hot breakfast and a freshly prepared cappuccino in the lounge case area, and worked out in the handy gym. So, overall, I would recommend the hotel but would suggest that the maintenance folks check the A/C routinely, yes, even in March. At one time in my life I actually lived in OK in military service, and remember that March can be very fickle - high temperatures be 40 degrees one day and push 80 the next. I remember having to run the A/C on Thanksgiving day two out of the four years I lived there. So PLEASE, Courtyard folks, make sure that A/C works, even in the off-season.

The lady working at 5:23 am March 10th behind the desk is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever met. This hotel need to re train her asap before they lose more customers. She has zero people skill and was on her phone the whole time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I simply asked her where can I find my freezer packs for my lunch box she said in the rudest way possible “what is that? Can you elaborate” and threw her hands in the air. Sadly this is a great hotel but I’ll never coming back.

This is the second time staying in two months and both times our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They went out of the way to accomdate our needs. The grounds were clean and well kept as were all public spaces. The room it's self was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this Marriott. The staff was helpful and friendly! Especially the front desk associate Colin on the morning team. He was pleasant and helpful with all my needs. I will definitely be staying here again soon.

We stayed for 1 night before a flight to go on vacation. We parked our car for a full week for free! They provided a free shuttle to and from the airport and all the staff was super attentive and friendly. The shuttle driver, Ronnie, picked us up after our flight to take us to our car. He was extremely personable and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with him during the ride. Our car was in perfect condition upon our return. You can't beat the price and service of this place. Yes, it's a little older but everything worked fine in our room and it was clean and spacious.

This hotel has the sorry Inncom thermostat which shuts off when you are asleep. Gets very hot. Would not recommend any hotel that uses these. Staff is fine but I paid for that AC. I should decide not the hotel trying to save a few bucks.

We spent a weekend in Oklahoma City. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely incredible. But please be aware. When we were leaving on Sunday, we went to our vehicle and almost every car in the parking lot had been broken into. There are signs posted that state they are not responsible for any damage or theft. The Marriott asked us to fill out a report with them, in addition to the police report. The irony is that the report asked if there was any video surveillance of the incident, but the Marriott does not have cameras.

Quiet hotel that is tucked behind a bunch of other hotels about 4 miles from the airport. Very friendly at checkin. Room was clean and features the pump bottles for soap shampoo and conditioner. Bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. No service of room because of Covid. Air conditioner was loud and kind of cranky. There are restaurants nearby.

Run, don't walk! Found hair in the bed, on the walls in the shower and all over the floor in the bathrooms of 2 different rooms. This was once a nice property but now is run down, stains throughout the property on the carpets in the rooms and hallways. Terrible management. I booked through Expedia and then the Courtyard Marriott charged me again for the room on the credit card that was only for incidentals. It's been a nightmare dealing with Jackie the manager and the rest of the staff is difficult at best.

Not bad until bedtime and I noticed no comforter on bed only the very thin sheet. I like to be cold but not sleeping with just a sheet - craziness. No extra bedding in closet. The price isn’t that great Hotel is old with competitors right next door from same chain with more amenities. Restaurant continues to be closed and masks are required in public spcea
