This location is garbage! Who hires these people that work here? Says driver left the store my food arrives 20 mins later even tho I live 5 mins away, driver then gives me someone else’s food which I bring in the house AND OPEN then realizing it’s not mine I flag him down he then gets my COLD food out of the car I bring it in and all my pasta is not in the bread bowl but in the box like it was held upside down smh. So Jordan takes out multiple orders causing my food to get cold. I also didn’t like the fact that I literally opened someone else’s food and had it in my house I wouldn’t want that to happen to my food anyone could have touched it spit on it whatever cause people are crazy smh someone needs to hire new management and get the 5th grade education employees out of there. I will go down the street to Mazzios from now on. I don’t want the free pizza either this service is unacceptable and it happens all the time! I had to edit my review because after posting I read the other reviews and WOW!!!!! I will now contact corporate we want new management here period Dominos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered with my points and put the correct address and when it's said the driver was a minute away I went out there and no one ever showed up to my work nor did they try to come into my work or call me. Called the store and was told the manager said they will not re deliver my order and that I could pick it up. Like no im at work is why I paid for delivery and used my rewards. Want those replaced and to speak with an upper management that would of treated the customer with more respect and one that uses this location often. Not how that should have been handled and not happy with the service. Thanks for horrible service and I hope the manager rethinks how to treat their customers.

The past couple of times, I’ve been given the wrong pizza. Both times I got it car side to go and had to go in and get the correct one. A previous time they told me to keep the other pizza, this most recent time they put it back on the warmer with other orders. Technically it already should have been trashed or told to keep it because it had left the store.

This location is a disgrace to Domino's. Brenda the so called manager should NOT be making pizzas ever. The first time we had a complaint on the philly cheesesteak sandwich we took it up there & she literally started digging through my sandwich counting pieces of meat. ? we should of stopped giving them our business that day but we are obsessed with the philly cheesesteak so stupidly we kept ordering & any time Brenda makes our order it is garbage. If Katelyn makes it we have no complaints so I'm beginning to think Brenda does it intentionally. Tonight takes the cake though. Look at my 2 philly cheesesteak pizzas that I paid to have extra meat on both. The small has NO cheese & just toppings thrown on like an afterthought that fall off when you pick it up because there's no cheese. Again, eat here at your own risk especially if Brenda is the one cooking your food.

If you are ordering from this location steer clear and do not order. Here is why; on four different occasions I use the Uber eats app to order a large pizza of those four times this location delivered my order one time the other three they went in and canceled the order without an explanation. The thing that pisses me off today is that I tried to give them another chance which is the fourth time I then contacted them after placing the order through Uber eats because it looked weird The young lady that answered the phone after being rude decides that she could not find my order she goes and grabs someone else who comes up again and say they could not find my order this after giving them the address my name my phone number and my Uber eats order they then told me to contact Uber eats because they can't find anything. After I hung up with them they essentially went in and old behold it was a miracle I am assuming they found my order because then they canceled it again for the fourth time without explanation and all I wanted was a large pizza. So then I called them back after they cancel the order and now they could find my order but what it is is they don't deliver to extended stay hotel anymore why didn't you tell me this at first or why didn't you put this in your notes on Uber eat so disrespectful and rude and unaccommodating I will never order from them again never!!!!!

Don't attempt to call about an issue and even try to be polite. The manager is extremely rude.
Me and my partner both asked for one hand tossed and one thin crust for delivery and we got both hand tossed delivered, common mistake of course but when we called to get it corrected the man that took our order claimed we had asked for two hand tossed and was very rude about it . But we know what we ordered and we feel that employee could have had better customer service skills instead of being disrespectful and call us liars basically . When me and my partner know what we asked for .
