Me and my partner both asked for one hand tossed and one thin crust for delivery and we got both hand tossed delivered, common mistake of course but when we called to get it corrected the man that took our order claimed we had asked for two hand tossed and was very rude about it . Still haven’t received my coupon through the mail for them messing my pizza up. I thought they use to replace it the same day now you have to wait a freaking month to get a free pizza coupon in the mail.

The past couple of times, I’ve been given the wrong pizza. Both times I got it car side to go and had to go in and get the correct one. A previous time they told me to keep the other pizza, this most recent time they put it back on the warmer with other orders. Technically it already should have been trashed or told to keep it because it had left the store.
