“It's okay I mean it's Duncan but I feel like they could train their employees a little better the last three times I've been there twice the employee that was making the drinks and ringing up the orders had no idea what they were doing. They went to drive through a third time and all of these are separate occasions by the way two of the iced coffees we asked for liquid sugar and had to repeat it two more times on top of the original order and they still put the other sugar in it. But all of their attitudes were really good they were really nice they were willing to change it no problem sound better training would be good“
“Ordered online for a pick-me-up at 3pm on a Monday! Got my order immediately when coming through the drive thru! No wait or line! Drinks tasted perfect! Not bitter or too sweet! Online had a $3 refresher deal so my total was $6 . Not bad, just wish online ordering was a little easier for customizations !“
“Some hours, there's really nobody eating in, so lots of seating.Food is fresh and made to order. They always have the donuts you want and have specials! And a club! I saw all ages here. And you can park definitely, though sometimes it looks like you cannot.“
“This location is amazing! I just wish they would do something about the coffee sizes. Because I order a medium hot coffee for $5.22 and a large one for $5.42 but yet when I get the large the same amount that’s in a medium is inside the large. I want an actual large and then whip cream filled to the top. Not a medium poured into a large. Please fix this.“
“They've done some work on this location since my initial rating. I've also been frequenting this location more often. I really appreciate that they don't screw up my order no matter how busy they get. Also, when I stop by for a dine-in order, they're always super polite, which isn't always easy when it's stupid early. Great work, guys.“
