“Shift leader was patient with my MIL and myself. She took the time to explain the difference between cold brew and iced coffee. I have been ordering that drink maybe 10 years and first time that was explained. Very much appreciated and I very much enjoyed my maple donut.“
“I love this cute little Dunkins! I always go in late in the day because Im a night worker, so they usually dont have a lot but the staff will go out of their way to check the back for me every time. Truly makes me feel like a valued customer.“
“Amber was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and communication skills. We ordered a croissant and waited for about eight minutes before another employee approached us and asked if we were waiting on food. After asking what we had ordered, she checked and informed us that they were out of croissants—information Hamber could have communicated to us much earlier.
During that time, Amber repeatedly disappeared to the back and returned only to make jokes with her coworkers. She was not wearing a name tag, and I had to ask her for her name. She also had a noticeable attitude.
In contrast, Michelle was the only truly professional employee present. She noticed our frustration, apologized, and asked if we would like something else instead. She even offered us a free cookie, which completely changed our experience. Michelle made sure we left with a smile, while Amber went back to the back immediately after taking our order.“
“Coffee and donuts are 5⭐️ but the gentleman working the front counter this morning has really BAD dandruff. Huge flakes in his hair, all on his shirt, no gloves, no hair net. I only ordered coffee because I didn’t want to order donuts and get his scalp flakes as a topping.“
“The iced coffee w/ carmel is amazing. The service is great, and the store was very clean. The options of donuts was limited, and that could be because of the time of day (late afternoon). I would recommend this location to all who would like to be pampered.“
