The iced coffee w/ carmel is amazing. The service is great, and the store was very clean. The options of donuts was limited, and that could be because of the time of day (late afternoon). I would recommend this location to all who would like to be pampered.

Can't really rate this place. Didn't get served because it was still locked at 430 am. Store looked open, shelves were stocked and I saw a guy in there. He just looked at me when I tried the door. Ended up going to Carl's Jr. They were open.

Order was wrong second day straight . Then when I went back to tell them it was wrong the lady in there (Ashley) said she would have to charge me a 2nd time to make it correctly . Also my friend that was with me order was wrong as well he just threw it away. I also work in sales and service so I don’t appreciate the lack of it here. This location is closer to my job but I will drive up the road to a different location where they are nice and make the orders correct.

$7.49 for 6 pitiful cake donuts. 2 chocolate, didn't taste like any chocolate in the ingredients. Back to Best Donuts on NW 23rd west of Walmart neighborhood market. Better than Dunkin Donuts and much cheaper

Come to this Dunkin’ Donuts everyday and at least twice a month they short me on donuts, or food. I call afterwards each time and they say they’ll write my name down but they usually don’t just for me to waste more gas going up there for them to refuse the food I ordered earlier in the day. Not to mention the location sucks too many vagrants around and not enough workers to where the lines usually 6 cars deep. Probably won’t be coming here anymore now!

They've done some work on this location since my initial rating. I've also been frequenting this location more often. I really appreciate that they don't screw up my order no matter how busy they get. Also, when I stop by for a dine-in order, they're always super polite, which isn't always easy when it's stupid early. Great work, guys.

Dunkin does not make their donuts fresh, frozen and thawed. Sad.... the latte is my go to, twice as much drink for a lot cheapercthan the cometitors.
Just called up there, to ask a question about there decaf coffee. The guy on the phone was so RUDE! I couldn't believe it, will never go there again. I really would like to hear from management on this
