As far as BBQ goes, it taste like oven food not from a smoker... Great sweet tea and mustard potato salad is decent.. at least I didn't smell plastic film.. The brisket is way over done so it's leftovers we are eating not fresh ..it's really dry ...or maybe they just cook it that way? I'll classify it as another bad franchise...

I'm from Texas so I'll acknowledge that I may be biased toward a different flavor. I smoke brisket myself so I wanted to try it when I can to see what is out there. I got smoked turkey, bologna, and brisket. The turkey was the most flavorful of these. The bologna had a bare hint of smoke. The brisket had no bark, no noticeable seasoning, and no smoke ring or flavor of smoke. The sign says if you can find better barbeque, eat it. I agree

Fantastic bbq, pulled pork and brisket sandwich was amazing.
I used to enjoy earls back when I was younger. They were big meeting, juicy and flavorful Everything always came out good back in the day. Now they give you barely no ribs, no anything and slacked up on the seasonings
From Dallas & decided to give it a try…did not disappoint this Texan! Hubby & I split the everything dinner plate & it was plenty! We tried 2 ribs, chopped brisket, smoked turkey & jalapeno sausage with green beans & Mac & cheese. Ribs were tender & all meats flavorful.
