Empire Slice Shop - Mayfair Village

The salad I ordered (meeting colleagues for a working lunch-can’t have pizza…don’t judge..lol!) was absolutely inedible. Like, I know it’s a pizza place..but if your salads cost over $10, at least let me be able to enjoy the taste. I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken….and the croutons nearly broke my teeth, too…

Just not impressed. Pizza was not very good- crust was hard, cheese was minimal, sauce/flavors were bland. Hunts Pizza at the gas station is better Pizza. And expensive given the quality. Hideaway has far better pizza at the same $$ point.

After stopping in from Falcone's, we grabbed a slice to test the waters, it was okay but $5 felt steep for the size. I had a reward for a free garlic knot so I used it, but they came out stale with just butter and shaker parmesan dumped on top. Nearly tooth-breaking. High prices need to meet high expectations, and they don't.

My first time at this location, tried the White and Pepperoni slices. Ready in 10 minutes, excellent service, food and prices. I'll be back.

The manager/leader demonstrated a notably high level of customer service and genuine attentiveness to the overall customer experience. I had ordered three slices, and one of them was incorrect. Despite the other two being accurate, he chose to remake the entire order without hesitation. What stood out even more was that, in his focus on correcting the issue and ensuring satisfaction, he nearly forgot to charge me an indication of where his priorities were. His approach reflects a clear commitment to service quality and customer centered care. The contrast with the Nichols Hill location was quite evident.

They were extremely welcoming 🙏 ☺️ to my dog's Raven and River and myself... the pizza 🍕 is absolutely delicious! The drinks were refreshing and the manager/owner was super informative and historic Oklahoma and just extra kind 😇

Great experience. Enjoyed the patio seating on a cloudy day with the birds around. Calm, great music, great owner who goes out of his way to serve others. Great spot to grab a slice and enjoy the environment.
