I have been going to this Fazolis for years! and will keep going frequently! I do want to give a big shout out to the manager named Jannae! She is absolutely wonderful! so very helpful and friendly! She is went way above and beyond to assist us during our visit yesterday. AND I was so touched because she had remembered us from a previous visit over a month or two ago, and actually remembered my food preference! the food was amazing as always! my go to is always lasagna with meat sauce and a mountain of the fresh parmesan cheese. I hope that this review gets back to Jannae and her superiors. She truly deserves credit and a raise. and truly is the ideal face of Fazolis!

it's so delicious. i love the spaghetti & meatballs. i always get it for lunch every tuesday, but today, i was a little disappointed. My meatballs were soggy today. Nobody likes soggy balls. i think it's because there was a whole load of sauce in it. But i still love you guys, so thanks over all, i rate it a 9.5/10. cause at least there's one meatball that isn't as soggy. oh and, i NEED at least 4 meatballs TOPS in my spaghetti.

I hadn't Fazoli's in a long time, last time wasn't a good experience. My husband love it so I gave it another chance. This time Brandon and his team were very nice and make me feel like at "home".They have a wide variety of options and I can see how they have a lot more options now. Their breadsticks are always good.

Great customer service, amazing food! Jahnae’s customer service was spot on! She was very friendly and welcoming, she was very informative about them menu and helped us decide what to get since it was our first visit. The entire staff was very friendly! My kids and I were so happy with our visit that they want to come back for dinner tonight. We will also be adding this to our must go places when we are in town!

Had Fazzoli's for the first time in a long time and forgot how good it was. They also got some new mozzarella skews and they were so fresh. If you like mozzarella sticks they worth a shot. Not to much mozzarella in the middle and freah crust makes them so good. Kids said the spaghetti was pretty good, had one with meat sauce the other baked. Liked that they give you that shredded cheese option to top it off. Lasagna was definitely great and ALL food was fresh...even my salad...look no brown! Top it off great service Brandon was very nice and helpful!

Had a wonderful experience with my wife and daughter. Food was fantastic and employees were attentive and very polite even as we came a little bit late and closer to closing time we still had a great experience. I would like to mention Brandon and his phenomenal attitude and care for customers. He asked us several times if needed any assistance with bread or anything else and made us feel at home in one of our favorite restaurants.

We stopped by this location on our move cross country. The services was FANTASTIC, the staff was friendly and the food was good! Also it was VERY clean. Special shout out to Brandon (the manager) and Christian! They made us feel welcomed and made sure we got everything we needed! Wish we lived closer to go eat there more often!

Brandon does really exceptionally well at his job. His customer service, knowledge of his job and menu board is awesome. Plus he makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place and if you meet him you walk away feeling like you cooked at home with your family. I would rate him higher but unfortunately it only goes to 5 stars. I will be having my parents Birthday party here just cause of him and his customer service.
