Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My wife's steak and baked potato were cold. She neglected to mention it until the next day, however so I was unable to give the server time to do anything about it. My daughter-in-law received the wrong order first. it was remedied immediately. My cajun ribeye was very good and son's chicken sandwich was very good as well. The price seems to be on the steady increaase, especially if you have a drink or two. Did not like the margaritas. Too tart and glasses were very small.

Staff and Food was amazing!!! 10/10 recommend and am very much looking forward to my next time!

Had a very good experience. Enjoyed our table location. Food was excellent, especially my Cajun ribeye. Alexis provided excellent service for our family. Glad we went to Firebirds for my birthday. 🙂

Two in our party ordered the 7 oz Filet. They were both cooked perfectly and were juicy and very flavorful! One of the Filets had the Blue Cheese and Port Mushrooms added and they were a wonderful addition. The other 4 in our party all had the 12 oz Ribeyes. They all said they were cooked perfectly and really enjoyed the addition of the garlic thyme butter to the steak. One in the party had the spicy peach margarita and all agreed it was wonderful! We also ordered a bottle not on the menu from the Orin Swift Winery. It never hurts to ask if they have any other wines that are not on their lists. Many restaurants have a few extra bottles that they don't advertise. Overall the perfect way to celebrate a birthday!

Fantastic per usual, from the hosts and service staff. On this occasion the amazing Jay was our lead server whilst training Zoe. Both delightful, patient and attentive. Dinner was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. Everyone I. Our party was very happy!

Our waiter, Logan, was excellent. Our table was in a great location. Complimentary dessert for husband's birthday was a nice touch. There was 5 of us and all were very pleased with meal. The only downside at all, it was very noisy.

Made reservations, arrived a little early but we were still seated immediately. Everyone was kind and all servers seemed to be helping one another which you do not see often anymore. The food was fantastic! It is a bit more pricey, 2 drinks and 2 entrees ran $100 but they DEFINITELY gave your moneys worth! The steak was cooked perfect and the sides were more than generous! Definitely recommend for a date night or just a great meal!

We went there for our anniversary and the staff treated us extra special and the food was spectacular. Waiting staff was very attentive and catered to our every need. 

Arrived at 5pm on a Friday & seated right away. Alexis was attentive & a great server. Gave suggestions that were spot on. Started getting busy & a bit loud at 6pm but still could hear a conversation. Grilled salmon & Ahi salad delicious!

Enjoyed the brunch today. I ordered the sea bass and my friend had the shrimp and grits. Both dishes were well prepared and served while hot. We also enjoyed the lobster queso with tortilla chips before with a couple of of mediocre bloody Mary's. The drinks had no spice in them and really tasted like just tomato juice. Our server was attentive and very friendly. I'm sorta of a regular so I'll be back.

Service was extremely slow. We never saw our waiter and the steaks were both terrible. One steak was very undercooked and tough and the other very overcooked. Burgers were ok. Restaurant is very noisy.

Mia was an amazing server! So sweet and quick to get everything we could think of before we even asked. Can't wait to come back! Amazing food and atmosphere as well.

All 3 steaks were rare instead of medium rare .... They took them back and it's just not the same as right off the grill .. some parts were well done ...... it spoiled my daughter's birthday! We had to ask for water, and her complimentary dessert was served up while all the dinner dishes were still there - piled up / so our birthday photo had all the food and clutter in the photo. The waiter needs to know to clear these dishes before serving up the dessert—- normal at most restaurants. We've been dozens of times - so this was really out of character. Her name Mya, but it was the cooks issue - maybe serve up a new steak at $45 each !

Loved the food! Very good. Service was a bit slow but they clearly did not have enough servers. We went for lunch and now at dinner my husband wand to go back. So good!!

This chain is one that is on my shortlist when traveling for the quality of food, decent prices, and nice environment. I really enjoy this one because of the surrounding development area and ease of parking. The food was great as always!
