This was quite a fun experience. I loved how modern the restaurant is. How open, with the bar is the middle. I enjoyed watching each Chef perform making their masterpieces. You could tell it was a job they enjoyed. I don't know how they got the outside of my filet where I could taste the char but the inside moist and full of flavor. Came here for an anniversary celebration and the place did not disappoint for the most part.Of course it being a Ramsay restaurant we had to try the beef wellington. To be very frank it wasn't as amazing as all the hype would make you believe. Don't get me wrong it's still good but did not meet the hype.Now the scallop dish was by far my favorite. Don't skip on the crab cake and toffee pudding. Our waiter Charles was very personable, honest about flavor profiles and gave excellent recommendations, as well as just wonderful service. All staff were attentive, polite and made wonderful eye contact. Recommend the spiced pear for a cocktail. Food was all good but I would come back everyday for the crab cake and toffee pudding.I didn't order the fish &chips but it's HUGE, cod the size of my forearm!
