Food looked really good, but the taste was equivalent to eating at Texas Roadhouse. The Lobster Spinach Queso is the only item that I would recommend. Service was poor and you could tell they were just there to collect a paycheck. If you are gonna spend $130 for 2 people to eat, go to The Ranch, Vast or BrickTown Brewery for a much better experience. Won’t be returning…

Can’t wait to go back!!The food was so good, and the service was just as amazing. Servers helping servers and very attentive and nice.We walked out of another restaurant after we sat there for 15 minutes…This place exceeded any expectations and more. The lobster queso was SO GOOD.I can’t say enough good things about this place and tell others about it.(We got the honey garlic chicken, pork chop & the kids salmon).Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids options!!!
Was on a solo business trip and decided to stop by here to eat. I ordered the 3 course meal. The steak unfortunately was over done and didn’t taste great. The carrots were not cooked enough however the broccoli was good. The cheesecake was good. Server was tentative and provided good service. To me the $40 meal was not a $40 value. Not sure that I would eat here again.

All worked out, but would have preferred table dining for six adults to booth dining. It was not offered as an option; however, no one even sat at the tables directly across from our booth.

It was a fantastic outing for us. The restaurant is very spacious and felt roomy and very beautifully decorated inside. Our server is warm and friendly. We ordered smoked chicken wings which are yummy, and all the entrees are delicious. Firebirds wood fired grill special chicken pasta is a must try. Overall we loved the experience and we didn’t like a dish and manager took that off our check. Our server can be a little bit more attentive and caring. We will be back soon.

This was a family dinner for my 28th birthday and needless to say...it was one of the worst. The reservation was for 8:00 for a party's of 8. I had to go to the desk to ask SEVERAL times if the table was ready because at this point it was 8:20 and we are all just sitting with no update or direction. We are finally seated around 8:30 and had to wait 20 minutes just to get water on the table so it's now 8:50 and ALL WE HAVE IS WATER. We didn't even know who our waiter was until I went to the bar to ask who was supposed to be waiting our table,And there weren't many large tables so i was confused. Once the water was brought,we made sure to order EVERYTHING AT ONCE because up to this point the experience was HORRIBLE and I honestly cried because my special night Ive been planning since the beginning of January was turning into a nightmare. Here it is 9:15 and we still have no bread on the table. So we ask for a 3rd time to get bread and it's finally brought out around 9:20 and it was dang near hard so that was a BUST. The food is finally brought out around 9:30 and of course my plate is room temp which further made me sad. At this point I just wanted the check and to leave because my night was RUINED. I asked if my birthday dessert(crème brûlée cheesecake squares) could be made to go and all they did was throw two squares in a box...no whipped cream on the side..no berries or drizzle like I cannot make this experience up I'm literally floored and asked to speak to the manager who should have given me a full refund honestly. I will NEVER go back to this place and it's definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Great job Firebirds!

The menu is varied - that's why we like it. You can always find something different if you want. The steaks are good and a good value. The salads are good and the other items on the menu are all above average, so you can't really have a bad pick. The service is sometimes a little slow, particularly if you order something from the bar. But the food usually comes in a timely fashion and they will get you whatever you need to make the meal work. The noise can be an issue when they are really busy, but all restaurants are that way I think. Not the fanciest of places but tasteful. It has become our go to when going out with another couple since we can make a reservation and they have never made me wait past my reservation time.
