This place is super yummy! We loved getting to choose the fresh ingredients and watch them roll it all up for us!

This place is great. Lactose free ice cream rolls with a bunch of topping options. High quality ice cream as well.

Ice cream tasted great. The service wasn't that good. They also ran out of toppings. Really expensive so not sure I'll return.

This place may not be known by a lot of people, but I recommend that everyone go there. It's a different experience in eating ice cream. Professional staff and an awesome place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!!!

My first time in this place, and it was amazing watching them make the ice cream and very friendly staff and helpful.

next time put “out of toppings “ instead of giving ice cream with no toppings.. tired of that this like yall 3rd time smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

The store gets very busy very quick it is a pretty interesting concept to have rolled up ice cream and to be able to watch them make it as long as you are willing to wait furniture store gets busy it might take a while to get your treat and I feel like the price could be a little bit better though the ice cream is good!

This young man named Z worked all by himself and made me have the best experience Ice cream 10/10!!!

Lovely ice creams. If you want to try something unique and decent, must visit there.
It will be great if they introduce some new flavors like Kiwi, etc

My favorite ocean cream shop in the city.

This entire retail space is disgusting. Granted, we visited the place at 8:45pm on a Friday night, but I'd bet none of the tables had been wiped down in hours. There were 8 empty napkin boxes behind the counter, and not a napkin for customers, anywhere in sight. The bathroom looked like a hwy gas station (don't touch anything)! Is the ice cream good - of course, it's ice cream. I won't be back, and hopefully, I won't be sick. This place needs district or regional management assistance. Had to come back and add that it took 48 minutes to get our 3 ice creams.

Edit: after the ridiculous response from mgmt - notice I said nothing negative about the employees. It's the mgmt that needs help, and your reply to this review is a perfect example. I'll tell everyone I know, NOT to visit this store.
