I can only review the food truck and the fact that they blatantly let somebody cut in front of me because they knew them. I don’t even want to try them anymore, thanks for nothing

I’ve had this kind of rolled ice cream before about 5 yrs ago in Illinois where I used to live it’s an Asian food from Thai. Glad to see it’s popular here. The rolled ice cream store that I had it in also had Thai coffee & bubble tea. The only thing I didn’t like here is that it’s more just for a dish of vanilla ice cream with strawberries on top is $10 a little high I’d say.

Our favorite ice cream place! We stop every time we come to OKC.

Well it was $20.01 for 2 cups of their ice cream. It was okay but probably won't go back. Braum's or cold stone creamery is way better.

Decided to give this place a try. When you walk in there was no interaction. You chose what you want off menu on the wall and then walk up to the counter to order it off a kiosk machine sit down and they bring you your order. I asked for help on the kiosk machine and no one came over there .I disliked how they dont really interact with the customers and the ice cream was dry it needs to be creamy. I had the banana pudding and it definitely could've had more bananas in it.

We got the orange creamsicle at the Tulip Festival-very tasty🧡 The texture was great and it was sweet and creamy. It was our favorite treat at the festival. We can’t wait to visit the storefront!

Best rolling ice cream in the state! Great customer service!

We visited the Freezing Cow’s truck at the OKC Tulip Festival expecting a fun, spring treat, but unfortunately it was a big letdown from the start.
The ice cream was served extremely frozen, almost icy and hard, making it difficult to even scoop or enjoy. On top of that, the taste felt stale and “off,” as if it had been sitting too long rather than being fresh and creamy. For $10, the quality was nowhere near what we expected at a festival setting where treats usually feel special and worth the indulgence.
It was so disappointing that we ended up not finishing it and actually gave it away to one of the kids in our group, since none of us wanted to keep eating it. Even they struggled with it.
Overall, between the texture, flavor, and price, it far missed the mark and didn’t meet expectations at all. We definitely wouldn’t purchase it again.

Edit:
I understand the difference between soft serve and rolled, ive had both.
I could not get my spoon through it even a little bit. I had to let it melt for almost 15 minutes. Made to order just might be better since that is the expectation.
