If only we live closer not 25min away, i would probably come everyday! Wait.. i did lol when i was pregnant i used to come everyday! It is that good! I love my banana, Nutella, biscoff, condensed milk ice cream!! 😻
We came in to pick up some ice cream to go and I was completely caught off guard by how personable and friendly the entire experience was. The staff constantly checked in on the guests and made sure to check and see if everyone knew all of the options and made sure everyone was happy. They knew the names of their regulars and even knew what they wanted. With hospitality being almost a lost art these days the Freezing Cow is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the great experience!
Love the ice cream always have, they took away the experience and customer service by placing two checkout machines where you order on screen. It probably speeds up the time allotted for them waiting on you however it took the personality out of it. They do have grab and go of their most popular flavors
