I give this place a 5/10. Not because of anything anyone did, but I am not a fan of the taste of the ice cream. Was my first time trying it, and it just wasn't for me. The one employee was amazing, but there were some other employees who didn't seem happy to be there. The selections were crazy, but in a good way.
If only we live closer not 25min away, i would probably come everyday! Wait.. i did lol when i was pregnant i used to come everyday! It is that good! I love my banana, Nutella, biscoff, condensed milk ice cream!! 😻
We came in to pick up some ice cream to go and I was completely caught off guard by how personable and friendly the entire experience was. The staff constantly checked in on the guests and made sure to check and see if everyone knew all of the options and made sure everyone was happy. They knew the names of their regulars and even knew what they wanted. With hospitality being almost a lost art these days the Freezing Cow is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the great experience!
