Good portion of food. The quarter chicken was good sized and tasted good. The brisket was a bit dry but the sauces were good.

The ribs and baked beans were delicious!!! The potato salad was HORRIBLE!!! It tasted like someone poured a WHOLE jar of pickle juice and some vinegar in it!!!! The potato salad was inedible… I threw it in the trash. I ordered my food to go so I couldn’t order something else.

When you walk in the Pecan wood smoke and Ambiance hit hard. You know it's going to be good. We had the chopped brisket, potato salad and baked beans. Huge chunk of brisket in the cup of beans, bonus. The beans were flavored perfect and praise God, not burnt. Heavenly potato salad, mustard content is perfect, complimentary and not overwhelming the taste buds. The mild sauce jumps out and grabs you, thick, not runny, full of flavors bouncing around and beat of all it stays out till I can eat it, not running across the plate. The hot sauce has got a bite but the flavor, bellissimo, all of the mild and a down south kick. The meat, well if you've wondered if there was a God in Heaven, yes, and he touched this meat, it is heavenly, the pecan flavor combined with an obvious extra lengthy cook time and it just crumbles in your fingers. Then it melts in your mouth. Napkin? No, lickin it off my fingers. The portions are enough my 12yo moose had the brisket sandwich, corn on the cob, and was full. Lucious rib sandwich with plenty of smoke. Big and juicy rubs. Super tasty sauces, especially the hot one. Sides were good as well. Friendly place, too!

Picked up the three meat platter. Got the brisket ribs and smoked sausage with the mac and green beans. Absolutely delicious! Definitely will be back especially being that it's right down the street from the house bad news for any kind of diet plan I have 😂
