The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shop had such a cheerful, inviting vibe. A perfect spot for a little sweet treat or to grab desserts for any occasion! The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful!
Cupcakes are beautiful. It smelled like something slightly soured when you open the door and the person at the counter was very lackluster on the customer service front.
Driving 30 minutes to go get my husband's favorite Cupcakes on our Anniversary.....and it was overall just.....meh.
He wanted vanilla Wedding cake with chocolate frosting and I asked for it but she said they cannot do that.

We just left Gigis. The cupcakes are always amazing. However, the girl that helped us was not friendly at all. Going into a bakery should be a happy fun experience; yet she seemed annoyed & was unfriendly.
