Came there at 8:15 pm and was closed? It states 9 pm for closing time on the door doesn’t it? We order 6 wicked wings and got 3 plain wings. I called them and asked for a refund because I was not going to drive all the way there but they refused and kept asking me to drive. If I did not get a refund or a response from a manager by tomorrow, I will never come back and will leave bad reviews wherever I go. Trust me.
Update: The manager contacted me and I had a refund

The food is always great. This shop had an employee eating in the dining area with his phone turned up very loud listening to video shorts like tik tok. Behind the counter people were short with us, supplies were out, no iced tea on a hot day at noon!

Vegetarian options: Bread and green beans but cooked in animal fat. Not really any options.

I would like to give a big shout out to the district manager Shane she is amazing! Big love to her and the upper management! My previous review of rude management, and incorrect order. The same day I placed my review it was practically instant turn around for a response. It was amazing then amount of responses from the review that were prompt as well as concerned and courteous.
