I can't say it was the staff that ruins the place. I can't say the management team was a problem. I can say the exterior and interior were hideous. I can also say the food was the worst I've had. My wife and I ate breakfast there today. Everything about it was awful. From the bland eggs, tasteless bacon(how the hell do you ruin bacon?) to the sticky syrup containers. And that god awful coffee. Your company logo should be "Grandy's. We make MacDonalds taste good!"
