Hatch Early Mood Food

I was so excited to try this place out for brunch on my birthday. We ended up having a pretty lackluster experience. We ordered the fried eggs to start. They were tasty with the cholula dipping sauce. Definitely order them extra crispy. They kinda fell apart on us. They gave me a complimentary birthday 🎂 pancake with a candle. Super cute. I ordered the steak and eggs- medium rare and twice my steak came out well done. The eggs on the burger were underdone. The bananas foster pancakes and blueberry streusel cakes were super tasty. The King sans peanut butter and bacon pancake wasn't that appetizing. The peanut butter made the pancake soggy. We ordered the monkey bread but when we got our ticket, it was not on the bill and we were told we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for it. Our bill was $120, even after the manager took off my steak and eggs. Our meals felt overpriced for what they were. Note to self, have low expectations and you'll always be pleased. Please retest your cooks on meat temping. I understand an overcook once, but twice in a row sets a disappointing precedent.

Food was good. Service was awesome. Hard to get into the restaurant. They had the street and sidewalk torn up and did not have food instructions on how to get in.

Just found out corporate will not let people who have had bariatric surgery or are adults eat off the kids menu any longer. They were losing to much money. Well they have officially lost all of mine now. My family of 5 will not be back. Losing hundreds of dollars in future sales for a few bucks is dumb. This sucks because I just learned of this location close to my house. #corporategreed

Dietary restrictions: Hatch Corporate says Bariatric patients cannot eat off the kids menu. They will lose business for sure. Poor decisions on their part saved a couple bucks to lose hundreds.

Never ever ask for Cuban sandwich there, that’s not Cuban and not a Sandwich at all. That ugly indescribable “something “ t’s a greasy, very greasy bread with an ugly omelette inside, Everything there is soaked in old grease and nothing is warm, neither the coffee… Waitress were polite and fast, it’s a clean place but the food is ultra super mediocre. Very fortunate owner because that place is always full and people waiting is more than the time that they expend in eating that aberrant, trashy , unhealthy meals.

Mediocre experience. Parking was bad, waitlist was much longer than told even though several tables were available and servers were socializing. Service was also slow. And the food didn’t live up to prior visits.

I had the biscuits and gray, but I couldn't really taste the sausage it tasted like garlic gravy. The waffle on the other hand was delicious

Hatch has super friendly staff (also super busy, I wish they came by my table more often) and wonderful food.
The restaurant itself is large, loud, and can be very overwhelming with activity and noise.
The anatomically correct lattes made me giggle.

Busy busy get there early fantastic food must visit for breakfast if your visiting or even local I had kitchen sink and partner ordered the avocado toast and monkey bread to share and it was hit with everything they take their time making it right definitely a go too and will be back when I'm in

Parking: Trying to find a place to park is almost impossible without walking a good distance. They definitely need more restaurant parking. I've left several times for this reason.
