We were visiting OKC and stop by for lunch at hatch. It was 9:30ish. No wait and our server came by to ask us for a drink. We ordered and enjoyed our food.
I got the French toast and husband migas.
For both we spent $40 plus tip.

Great food, customer service and atmosphere.

Brooke and Thomas were awesome, very good attitude, good tips for places to visit.
They adjusted the meal and drinks for my lactose intolerance diet.
Nice environment.
I can’t wait to go back.

Must stop for breakfast! Our breakfast was amazing! Barista made coffee with your sit down breakfast what more could you ask for. Everything was tasty and the teenage boys cleared the leftovers of the adults lol
Let make sure to talk about Miss Bri! That girl had it down. All the options all the sides and offered us to go’s for our coffees!! 10/10 just ask for her section

The croissants years ago were absolutely fire. These croissants are an absolute joke. Where is the lamination? This might as well be a biscuit.

The top did not look as messy but I was baffled at the lack of rise and smacked it with my knife a few times before cutting it open.

0/10 croissant.
7/10 pancakes.

May 2026 - great breakfast food. Brooklyn did a great job on the service. My coffee cup was never empty. The atmosphere was loud and active. Parking is tight. But there is a garage available for overflow

I’m a fan of Hatch and haven’t ordered to go until now. I wanted a biscuit saw they had one ala carte for $2, good deal. Scrolled down for some impulsive buy and saw for $2 more you get sausage gravy! Biscuit pictured with ample gravy. I got home to discover this sad syrup/honey size of gravy, barely enough to cover one side of the biscuit. Sad this was $2 worth and worse the picture shows a nice amount on the biscuit. Learned my lesson just get the biscuit…
