6/24. Dinner with co-workers from out of town. Food was delicious. Chicken a little dry, everything else on mix plate was tasty! Lots of ban chan. Owner even brought out a couple of other things for us to try and extra jap chae for free! Can't beat that! I will definitely go back!7 years ago: This whole in the wall is making some tasty food! Went there for lunch on a Saturday around 1230. My friend got the mixed plate - teriyaki chicken, bulgogi and spicy pork bulgogi. I had the pork bulgogi. Each plate came sizzling with the meat on a bed of onion slices and a bowl of rice. For banchan, there were 4 dishes - Kim chee, cabbage, sprouts and zucchini. I really enjoyed the meal and will definitely go back. And they sell their Kim chee and other sides in the store. The back right corner of the store has a couple of refrigerator cases.
I ordered the beef short ribs and my partner got the bulgogi. Both plates came out fresh, my short ribs still sizzling, and the flavor was definitely a 10/10. Have been back several times and have gotten the same consistency. I just love this place. Definitely a hidden gem.

This place is hard to find because it is inside OK KO-Mart Oriental Foods. It is a small mom and pop restaurant and even though it has Hawaiian in the name this is really Korean food. 9 out 10 people eating here were speaking Korean. I got the number 2 Beef Bulgogi and was asked how spicy and I said just a little. The plate came out sizzling hot on a pan with wooden base. It also came with white rice and a variety other goodies to add and mix. The flavors were mild sweet and spicy. I loved everything I ate here. This was a delicious hidden treasure that was worth every penny. ?

This place is amazing and a hidden gem.Couple helpful tips- there is no exterior sign, it’s inside the OK KO-Mart- it’s very small, only 6 tables- it’s very casual- The name is bit misleading, this is authentic Korean restaurant (bulgogi, short ribs, bibimbap, etc)The food is fantastic and service is good. I’d highly recommend.Bibimbap is great
