6/24. Dinner with co-workers from out of town. Food was delicious. Chicken a little dry, everything else on mix plate was tasty! Lots of ban chan. I ordered the beef short ribs and my partner got the bulgogi. Both plates came out fresh, my short ribs still sizzling, and the flavor was definitely a 10/10. Have been back several times and have gotten the same consistency. I just love this place. Definitely a hidden gem.
This place is hard to find because it is inside OK KO-Mart Oriental Foods. It is a small mom and pop restaurant and even though it has Hawaiian in the name this is really Korean food. 9 out 10 people eating here were speaking Korean. I got the number 2 Beef Bulgogi and was asked how spicy and I said just a little. The plate came out sizzling hot on a pan with wooden base.
