So i love moose tracks and i do love it from highland but so many times i get this product and the fudge is almost non existent. I have complained before and was told that's just not true so i took video of digging into an entire pint with no fudge. Like it's in the name it should be all throughout it. Here's my problem i lost my job and wasn't able to get any for months and i normally get a pint every 2 weeks. So i was so happy to be able to get one finally. But i opened it and literally not any fudge thatbi can freaking see and i dug into it deep. This lisses me off so bad because i don't really like vanilla ice cream i only get it for the moose tracks. Maybe you should invest in quality control. BecUse i used to also drink your yogurt drinks but something aboit then have gotten so nasty. So i bought one a day and now none so i hope this even matters thr customers you loose from caring more aboit money than the product you used to make so well.

Our local Hiland Dairy in Little Rock is the best! I cannot say enough great things about the customer service and products there! Did you know if you cannot find your favorite Hiland product at your local grocery store, you can go directly to Hiland Dairy! I received cookie overload ice cream with no cookies in it I am highly upset because cookies and cream is my favorite ice cream please stop false advertisement!

Never resolve issues with their drivers. Guess they don't care about sales when our cooler is always empty or full of expired product thanks to the driver not wanting to return products that he over delivers even AFTER telling him what is needed.. smh Don't even buy this brand anymore

Come on Hiland, I purchased a 48 ounce, (3 lb) container of small curd Cottage Cheese. I didn't expect 48 oz, 3lb container of Cottage Cheese soup.

Whatever you do, avoid working for Eugene Ybarra. He is located at the Dallas plant and is by far, the worst manager/supervisor. He treats his fellow employees with zero respect. Demands an unattainable amount of work and will tell you to your face that he made up his mind about you a long time ago. A huge number of employees from various Hiland plants seem to complain about Eugene often. Most say that no one in the company truly respects him because he is awful to work with. However, no one wants to stand up to him. Save yourself the time and energy and just avoid this place altogether.

Unresponsive, dismissive, without empathy for neighbors.

I had a problem with some cottage cheese last year and they more than took care of it. Probably the best company ever about customer care but I've never done this before so I think I owe Hiland a big applause for how they took care of a customer. Thank you Sharon.

Have purchased Highland brand cottage cheese for a very long time. The last 3 times it is a carton of mostly liquid with some cheese curds. What gives Highland?!!! Your quality has taken a nosedive!

They have the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. Product has no quality assurance. I have bought so many of their products that were bad and they will do nothing about it. I know I'm one person, but would never buy another Hiland product. Just know they will do nothing about their bad product that you pay money for. Worst company ever dealt with. Just check out their recall on chocolate milk.
