Great quality drinks most of the time but when it comes to customizing hot drinks, they do not accommodate the customer. I asked for a hot tea with honey and a splash of cream. The barista tells me that this is not possible as it is not an option on her register to charge me accordingly. She can make me a latte (which is half milk and half tea) but cannot add honey. She can make me a hot tea with honey but cannot add milk. I asked for the manager but was told that she was the...

Any of the best iced tea I've drink the water's filtered they have a million flavors you get samples they have little fresh fruit cups you can get one free cup worth of fruit the unsweet coconut tea with a couple orange slices and some packs of Splenda out of this site they have really good ice too if you like the crunchy small Sonic style ice

I'm so torn. I love the tea and the products they carry. The service is awful. I get it, good help it hard to find; however, maybe a little more training and guidance would help the folks at this location? The design of the parking and drive thru is a nightmare. I highly recommend going in and getting your own tea during happy hour from 2-4.
