My experience at this Insomnia Cookies was extremely pleasant, the cookies were phenomenal! The service was incredible, I was helped by Dylan and he was extremely nice and helpful. I have never been more pleased with an employee interaction, definitely will be going back to this Insomnia!

Michael in the downtown location is awesome! I walked in to a clean store and Michael greeted me in a very welcoming way!

Says it opens at noon. Sitting outside at 12:10, worker has headphones on ignoring customers outside. Tried to call, rang forever. Cookies are delicious but only if you make a sale.
