“I ordered online and did a pick up order. The restaurant was very busy. Seating was adequate but it was the lunch rush so they could have had an employee on lobby clean up duty.
Parking: The back parking lot is not wheelchair accessible, there are only stairs in the back of the building. I noticed a front parking lot that looked less packed and I believe it was wheelchair accessible because it was ground level.
Wheelchair accessibility: I will assume wheelchair spots are located in the front of the building.“
“Great food. Super quick. Best quality chain sandwich shop. Clean inside. Helpful employees. You can go wrong with the new Chicken bacon Ranch. They don’t charge an arm and a leg like Schlotzsky’s. And the food seems more fresh than all other fast food.“
“This is my favorite Jimmy John's, great service and great food. I just found out today that they now toast their subs, on request. For anyone like me who likes their subs toasted, this is a great option. Give them a try You won't be disappointed.“

“Every single time that I stop by and order my sandwiches the employees are SO KIND and spot on! I’ve never received a bad or wrong order. The food is always fresh and the second that I walk into the door I am greeted with smiles and a hello! The store is clean and the manager, Brandi, is just the sweetest! I’ve witnessed her interact with her employees and I can tell that this is a healthy work environment. Overall I love the experience from start to finish. Excellent leadership which in return creates excellent employees! The end result, a very happy customer“

Car when it was raining. As well as this Thursday we had issues with ordering due to our housing not being in system even though it’s been here 2 yrs. They got it delivered with no problem!
